    Deliver To A Port Facility

    Before delivering your vehicle to the port, please note that an auto shipment booking is mandatory. Take your vehicle to the designated Port Facility, which you can locate on the provided maps along with the operating hours. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend arriving at least 60 minutes before the facility’s closing time. Plan ahead and make your auto shipment booking in advance for a hassle-free experience.

    At Most Mainland port facilities you must provide the following:

    • Drivers License
    • Booking Number

    When you reach the Port Facility, remember to leave a complete set of keys for your vehicle, including those for the ignition, trunk door, gas tank, and any other locking compartments. For electric cars, it’s important to leave the charging cable inside the vehicle. By following these instructions, you’ll ensure that all necessary access is available for a smooth and efficient handling of your vehicle at the port.

    NOTICE:

    The Department of Agriculture conducts thorough inspections of all compartments within your vehicle to ensure compliance. It is crucial that all compartments remain unlocked and accessible for inspection purposes. Failure to do so may lead to delays in the transportation process. Your keys will accompany your vehicle to its designated port of discharge.

    Please ensure you retain possession of your automobile title document as you will be required to present it during drop-off at all Hawaii ports for eastbound shipments. It is advised not to leave the title inside your vehicle for security reasons. By following these guidelines, you can ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for shipping your vehicle.
