    We will provide you with a tracking link to track your vehicle during the ocean transport. If you are shipping to or from a mainland location our dispatch department will update you on pick up and delivery times.

    Due to Federal Regulations and Maritime Law, no personal items are allowed in the vehicle for ocean transport. Only factory installed items such as spare tire, tools, factory jack, etc. As a courtesy, up to two car seats are allowed as long as they strap in.  All items must be stowed away and secured properly.

    Transit times vary according to the service you are requesting, Port to Port, Door to Port and Port to Door. Our Logistics professionals will provide you with the correct transit times according to the location you want to ship to and from. Please call us for your specific needs.

    We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, electronic transfers, and company or personal checks.

    If you are shipping from Hawaii, please have your booking number, Title (or Lien Release Letter if vehicle is financed) and Current Registration ready at the time of drop off. Copies of these documents are allowed if you do not have originals.

    Shipping from Mainland, all you will need is your booking number and ID.

    Setting up your shipment with us is easy! All we need is vehicle details, origin/destination, and schedule if available.     Yes, absolutely. If you are shipping off island, you will need an Absentee Owner Authorization Letter which needs to be signed by all registered owners and notarized. Please find the Absentee Owner Authorization Letter on our Documents Page

    Yes. There is no additional documentation required. Please provide us with the name and phone number of your designated point of contact. Please make sure your point of contact has your booking number and their ID.

    We ship vehicles of all sizes. 

    However, the dimension limit for standard rates is 7’ H  x 8’ W x 21’6’’ L

    Any vehicle outside of these dimensions will be shipped through our oversized department. Our oversized department can ship any vehicle exceeding standard dimensions at a reasonable rate including lifted trucks, farm equipment, RV’s, Boats, etc. Please call us at 866-795-9493 for further details.

     Please only leave between ⅛ – ¼ tank of fuel. Any vehicle exceeding ¼ tank of fuel will be refused at the port of origin.
